The Role Knowledge Pele is seeking and Executive Assistant who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the General Manager and managing their respective office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.ResponsibilitiesAct as a point of contact among other executives, employees, clients, and other external partnersProvide administrative support to the General Manager such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etcAnswer phone calls, schedule meetings and provide sophisticated calendar managementResponsible for scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work resultsResponsible for travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservationsResponsible for supporting the KP team by performing tasks related and those delegated by the General ManagerResponsible for compiling reports and presentationsProvide event management support when requestedHandling administrative requests and queries from other senior managers directed to the General ManagerAssist other senior managers as delegated by the General ManagerResponsible for stakeholder management, creating and maintaining a relationship with internal and external stakeholdersResponsible for ensuring follow up regularly regarding key projects and programmesResponsible for coordination of meetings including, confirming venues, arranging refreshments, preparing minutes, and communicating remindersAssist with Manco & EXCO preparations as requested by the General ManagerResponsible for collating and preparing board reportsResponsible for facilitating and preparing information to be shared in ImbizoResponsible for preparing and submitting timesheetsResponsible for collating and processing expenses and invoicesResponsible for reconciling credit card, receipts, and invoicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or a related roleUnderstanding of office management systems and processes is desiredExcellent time management and multitasking abilities, as well as the capacity to prioritize tasksStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to complete high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidanceTime management skillsProblem solving and decision makingInterpersonal skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
