We’re seeking an Operations and Service Manager interested in joining an industry leading company in the solar industry. The company is heavily involved in the Commercial; Industrial; and Residential sector. The role will be based in Northern Suburbs, Gauteng. The role has a national footprint, and would require travel. You will report into the COO. Experience in Service Management required. Roles&Responsibilities Lead and manager the Service function. Drive, and enhance revenue from the Service function. Monitor all contractual service sites using a data driven approach. Manage and track all ad - hoc and routine service calls. Generate and communicate all client reports vis a vis value add service activities.. Desired Qualifications, Experience and Attributes Relevant tertiary qualification - BDeg; BTech; NDip etc. Drivers license; vehicle; willingness to travel. Service management experience - solar industry highly beneficial. Good management skill; ability to multi - task; and strong communication skills. Entrepreneurial in mind - set.
