Job DescriptionLead, develop and manage the Commercial Operations function across different teams and various locations in South Africa. Ensure smooth functioning and collaboration across all areas of sales operations, marketing, and finance, ensuring that they are optimized to service the business for growth.Partner with senior sales leadership to drive sales growth and performance and act as a strategic advisor. Analysis of sales and financial data as well as other market data to identify opportunities.Oversee the design and implementation of commercial opportunities which will strengthen our market position and improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of the sales cycles. Evaluate and monitor competitor activities as well as our overall market position and provide continual feedback to the management team on opportunities and threats.Evaluate and implement technologies such automation tools, and analytics platforms to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Work cross-functionally to deliver key strategic projects.
