You will be responsible for coordinating all reservations, creating and maintaining reservation records, preparing and sending invoices and confirmation and promptly process any cancellations and modifications. Follow up on enquiries and getting payment.Minimum Requirements:MarticHospitality Management Qualification or similarAt least 2 years’ experience as a Reservationist, preferably for multi-property sitesExcellent Computer Literacy Skills with MSOffice and a typing speed of at least 60 wpmExperience in preparing quotes, letters of confirmations etcExperience on a recognised Hotel Property Management SystemAdvanced Computer Literacy skills with a working knowledge of MS OfficeHands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressureAbility to work as part of a team, as well as independentlyGreat attention to detail and sound financial acumenPresentable and well spokenSelf MotivatedPresentable and well spokenExcellent telephone mannerTeam PlayerAbility to work shifts, weekends and overtimePrepared to work shifts at hotel level as and when requiredPlease note that relocation costs will be for your own expense should your application be successful and you reside outside of the city where the Hotel is located.#J-18808-Ljbffr
