Our Client an International Tech Giant is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The incumbent will be working remotely alongside UK Teams.Our client is seeking a Senior Level candidate that is strong in project planning, project management and transition management. Note is a challenging and high pressure yet extremely rewarding environment.ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and SAFe principles. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, removing impediments, and facilitating communication between teamsAt least 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Project managerExperience in managing multiple Agile teams, preferably within a SAFe Agile Release TrainSound knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and SAFe principles.Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesExperience in facilitating PI Planning and helping teams create PI Objectives would be advantageousExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsExperience working with teams developing APIs would be advantageousFacilitate team events such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesEncourage team collaboration and communication, help resolve conflicts and remove impediments.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams and train them to adapt to changing requirementsEnsure the team follows the SAFe principles, and Agile values to deliver high-quality products on timeTrack team performance metrics and identify areas of improvementWork with Product Owners to refine and prioritise the product backlogQualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field requiredAt least 5 years of software development experience, preferably in Agile methodology and/or Scrum methodology preferred.Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Bamboo, Asana, Basecamp; experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Lean is preferred.At least 3 years experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified SAFe 5.0 Scrum Master (SSM) certification
