KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCompiling HC (Human Capital) documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, study agreements etc.Maintain HC data through a variety of systems to maintain data integrity.Update all records and files for audit purposes.Develop systems to manage and record all business intelligence within ASIHuman Capital (recruitment, turnover, data analytics, EE, training and development, performance management, promotions, etc.)Provide line managers with guidance and support on HR activities, policies and practices.Strategically resource the business through a variety of recruitment methodologies.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.Creating and implementing the onboarding programme.Participation in Conferences and Breakaways.Resolution of general employee queries.Manage Employee Relations such as poor performance counselling, warning letters, disciplinary hearings.WSP, ATR and EE reports administration and submission.Talent and succession planning.Apply relevant Labour legislation.Internal communications, including EVP communicationODHC StrategyQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCETertiary qualification in Human Resources Management.BBBEE scorecard knowledge is advantageous.Network built on LinkedIn to leverage off for recruitment.5 years’ experienceWorking experience with MS Office, including Excel (Intermediate) .SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTESConfidentiality.Excellent Administrative skills.Planning, project management and organizational skills.Ability to manage several tasks concurrently making use of systems and processes to manage time and volumes.Ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Must be able to work in a highly demanding fast paced environment.Able to work in an environment where not all systems are established.
