Company Description Kedar Heritage Lodge, Conference Centre&Spa is located in Rustenburg, North West Province, offering a unique escape from modern living. Situated on historic farmland that once belonged to President Paul Kruger, Kedar is populated with a variety of game, making it a dream destination for nature lovers. The lodge offers a wide range of facilities, including the renowned Paul Kruger Country House Museum, Kedar Spa in the Country, themed restaurants, a large swimming pool, and private game drives. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Outlet Manager at Kedar. The F&B Outlet Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of themed restaurants, overseeing the customer service experience, and providing training to staff. Additionally, the F&B Outlet manager will be responsible for budgeting and financial management. Qualifications Food Service and Food&Beverage skills Customer Service skills Training skills Budgeting skills Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Formal Qualification in Hospitality Management or related field Experience managing a team in the food and beverage industry Additional helpful qualifications may include a certification in food safety, experience with inventory and ordering, and knowledge of local and international cuisine.
