You will be working as Talent Acquisition Partner and will be part of the Human Resources division based in Modderfontein, South Africa. In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition in Process Automation Business Area and will be responsible for executing talent recruitment in South Africa in line with regional and global strategy, processes, tools and frameworks. Building of a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs and supporting in recruitment related projects and activities. Your responsibilities Conducting the recruitment processes to all ABB divisions in the country from kickoff meeting to offer acceptance by driving an efficient recruitment process and striving for a high-touch experience for every candidate and manager Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, peer Talent Partners, Employer Branding Partners and HR Services teams to ensure fast, efficient and well-coordinated recruitment process to meet and exceed the business expectations Providing expertise, market insights and consultative guidance to ensure the successful delivery of the sourcing and recruitment approach with the best fit to the business needs Supporting the provision of timely data analytics and reporting activities, to manage candidate pipeline and other recruitment metrics Participating in continuous improvement projects related to Talent Acquisition in order to meet and exceed the area global, regional and local targets (time to fill, positions closed, diversity goals, candidate and manager experience, among others) Your background Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related careers Minimum five years of experience working with senior positions and Talent Acquisition processes Experience in Talent Acquisition, seeking professional and managerial level positions in engineering Experience in the local market of South Africa.
