Role Responsibility: Main Purpose of Position To provide an expert service relating to the implementation, installation and maintenance of technology contracts and projects. Effective management of operations Complete daily tasks with close monitoring of standards Client retention and customer service levels Maintenance of positive customer relationships Quality Management/ Operations Process management – adherence to quality standard Effective management of business development function Identifying new business opportunities in the region’s sphere of operations, as well as in terms of growth of business with existing customers. Health and Safety Participate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the branch/region/national safety plans for each year.
