Implement strategy, policies and procedures that you are always up to date on company strategy and that your department and team members always act in line with this strategy to the formulation and effective implementation of your department strategy together with your sales manager and team full understanding and correct implementation of the strategy in your team plans agreed with the sales manager in line with strategy and review implementation of these plan regularly with the sales manager that you and your team members are up to date on all relevant company policies and procedures and follow up on to ensure correct implementation of policies and procedures by your team Financial and Budgeting agreed department budgets and target obtained from your sales manager (sales, margin, cost /expenses ratio, stock loss results, increase inn promotional sales) through proactive management sales at article level that targeted margin is achieved at article level control and action plans agreed with your sales manager to ensure achievement of budgets and targets Operational tasks and maintain all required operational standards (merchandising, ticketing, housekeeping, stock availability, service level, pricing, promotional planning and execution, stock counts, staff dress code, safety, customer service level) as well as all company policies and procedures in the department regular floor walks and PDRs with your team members to identity success and action required for improvement of operational standards and implement action arising out of these that you manage the areas contained in the following checklist in your departments and that your team adhere to the required standards: LP department checklist in your department, checklist, admin managers, checklist, operation checklist, reginal operation managers checklist, regional admin managers checklist Ensure market Awareness Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitors and customer needs and initiate action agreed with the sales manager arising out of the analysis Satisfy internal and external customers customer service excellence un your department through making sure that your team members are trained, signed off, coached, motivated, performance managed and reinforced to provide excellent service and thorough product knowledge accessible to customers at all times, handling queries, request and complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer delight customer relationship by implementing plans agreed with your sales managers to meet customer need and review the plans monthly with sales managers suppliers relationship aimed at enhancing service level efficient and effective action, delivery and interaction with internal customers Staff Management that the team structure is resourced by motivated and empowered staff and lead by sound performance management and transformational leadership practice in Talent management individual development plans to enable employee career plans non- performance through performance plans team delivery based on performance plans team building optimum staffing levels are maintained #J-18808-Ljbffr
