A great mining company in Rustenburg, North West is seeking the expertise of a Plant Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: Effective operation of the plant as an effective business unit to an agreed business plan and process parameters. Develop a 2-5 years resource and mining strategy and coordinate ore and services to the plant. Responsible for compilation and control of production, quality and cost budgets. Creating a high-performing team and a conducive employee relations climate - people management (HR and IR) in a unionized environment. Ensures adherence to legislative requirements and the company’s Health and Safety Standards. Financial Management (operational and capital cost budgets) Responsible for research and development. Maintain a good relationship with the clients at host-mine and liaise on all relevant plant issues.
