You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.Key Performance Areas:1) Sales Ability● Demonstrated track record of building new business● Demonstrated track record of maintaining existing business● Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets● Demonstrated track record of strategic product sales2) Account Management● Ensure that all elements of the administration of the sales process is completed● Coordination of post-sale logistics3) Customer Relationship● Build and maintain strong customer relationships● Identifying potential customers● Growing customer basket through the understanding of customer needs● Ensuring a complete value chain sales experience● Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers4) Product Knowledge● Demonstrated product knowledge in electrical field● Demonstrated ability to cross-sell productMinimum Qualification & Competencies:Grade 12 essentialRelevant Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering Fields, advantageous.Exposure from LV to HV Electrical sectors including Commercial, preferred.Valid SA Drivers License EB minimum.3-5 years formal Electrical Sales Experience● Advanced LV Product Knowledge, moderate Cable, OHL and Solar knowledge.● Strong EQ and ability to influence and persuade● High levels of discipline and responsibility in Managing customer complaints, company assets & Office responsibilities in terms of opening, closing and handling after hours break downs.By submitting any Personal Information to ARB in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific, and voluntary consent to the processing and storing of such Personal Information by ARB and/or ARB’s clients and/or verification information suppliers.
