Job Description Your responsibilities will be: To provide site inspections for various mines based in Rustenburg On-Site Service and repairs to all makes of Beams, electric overhead cranes, electric rope hoists, electric chain hoists, mechanical chain-blocks, and lever blocks. Including Ancillary Equipment like Festoon Systems, Supply Systems, Safety Systems etc. (Scope Dependant) Installation and calibration of load limiting devices. (Scope Dependant) In House Strip and Quotes to electric overhead cranes, electric rope hoists, electric chain hoists, mechanical chain-blocks, and lever blocks. Including Ancillary Equipment like Festoon Systems, Supply Systems, Safety Systems etc. (Scope Dependant) In House Repairs to electric overhead cranes, electric rope hoists, electric chain hoists, mechanical chain-blocks, and lever blocks.Including Ancillary Equipment like Festoon Systems, Supply Systems, Safety Systems etc. (Scope Dependant) In House Proof Load Testing to Beams, electric overhead travelling cranes, electric rope hoists and chain hoists. (Scope Dependant) Modifications to upgrade electrical and mechanical units. (Scope Dependant) Client Liaison, administration, and correspondence Qualifications Matric Lifting Machinery Certificate Skills 5 Years experience within the lifting machinery industry Complete knowledge of lifting equipment Medicals must be in order and have good health.
