Your role and responsibilities Processing of customer orders, outbounds, and invoices Checking and attaching POD's Following up and investigating outstanding customer payments, liaising with internal and external customers Creating new accounts and updating existing customer information Ordering of demo equipment on asset register and SAP Ensuring correct VAT documentation for VAT clearing Completion of all exports documentation for traded and service from getting weights and dimensions to ensuring customer receives the correct item Following up with stores for delayed and incorrect deliveries and warranty orders Providing information to auditors for orders, invoicing, and POD Liaising with internal and external customers Ensuring all spares are gv'd and suppliers paid timeously Qualifications for the role Diploma in relevant field Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Working experience on SAP, Aribia, Coupa and experience in exports and VAT regulations, order processing Analyzing and problem solving, able to working within a team and on their own, communication and reading skills Fluency in English language is mandatory Preference will be given to EE candidates More about us ABB's Measurement&Analytics division is among the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers.
