Job FunctionProvide general support to the Senior Manager: Commercial Operations. Engage distributor partnership network regularly to ensure forecasts are submitted and orders are placed timeously. Liaise with internal partners on the deliveries and swift resolution of queries. Engage principal supply chain leads to ensure monthly replenishment is on tract. Key Performance AreasWorking with our distributor, Imperial Health Sciences (IHS), from the listing stage of a product to the distribution to customer. Drive OTIF with IHS & ensure all order & delivery queries are managed by IHS effectively & efficiently. Develop a close working relationship with IHS personal to drive operational tasks. DOH State tender applications & management thereof. State hospital RFQ submissions & management thereof. Expiring stock management. Working together with supply chain in the management of stock as well as stock procurement. Importation of stock. Pricing updates & management of pricing with IHS. Working effectively with marketing & sales in product launches & stock availability communication. Working closely with our principles in the management of their portfolio. Medical aid formulary submissions. Sales force order system management with regards to pricing, deals & products. Sales data management through SSD. General operations administration.Qualifications and ExperienceA tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Sales, Marketing or BusinessTertiary qualification in business &/ logistics/related field. Pharmaceutical industry experiences a must. A good understanding of logistics in the pharma space is advantageous.Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills are a must & agrees with the statement that “no update is an update.” Proficient in Excel (ideally intermediate & higher) as well as Power Point.
