They are looking for a passionate individual to complement and extend team and help build their vision to revitalise the financial markets infrastructure. Duties & ResponsibilitiesRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Project Administrator who will play a pivotal role in supporting our project teams by ensuring the seamless execution of project plans, proposals, and related documentationThe Project Administrator will form part of the Project Management Office (PMO) and report to the Head of PMOThe successful candidate will collaborate closely with Project Managers and various departments to maintain project momentum and facilitate efficient communication channelsThe Project Administrator role requires a motivated self-starter that will contribute towards the successful delivery of the projectsRole Objectives Resource Coordination and Optimisation:Utilise PMO resource and project tools to coordinate internal resources effectivelyEnsure accurate and up-to-date resource assignmentsImplement best practices to optimise resource allocation across projectsProject Planning and Progress Tracking:Contribute to the development of detailed project plansOversee and update project timelines using robust tracking mechanismsUse verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costsDocumentation and Reporting:Establish and maintain project files, ensuring comprehensive documentationEmploy appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performancePrepare regular reports and escalate critical issues to managementAdminister project budgets, including invoice and contract managementCollaborate with Project Managers on budget books, forecasting, and cost managementQuality Assurance:Conduct thorough quality reviews to ensure project deliverables meet established standardsInformation Management - Oversee the establishment and maintenance of the project document libraryServe as the custodian of KeyedIn Projects, ensuring accurate and secure data managementTechnology and Tools:Set up and manage the document library (SharePoint) with source templatesEnsure proficiency in using project management tools and stay abreast of technological advancementsTravel and Meeting Coordination:Assist in travel preparation and arrangements for project-related activities in conjunction with the Operations DepartmentPlan and coordinate meetings, including minute-taking, report preparation, and document archivingPMO Support:Support Project Managers with Change Requests, PMO forms, and document archivingAssist with resource onboarding to ensure a smooth integration into project teamsDesired Experience & QualificationQualifications and Skills:3+ years’ experience in similar roleBachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related fieldStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsThese jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
