Group HR Manager R800 000 – R1.2Mil CTC per annum A leading Engineering firm is looking for a dynamic Group HR Manager to lead their team. The successful candidate will head up all HR functions and have a good understanding of relevant Legislation (BCOEA; LRA; EE; UIF; Bargaining Councils; BBBEE). Assist line management with the implementation of disciplinary policies/procedures and legislation. Dealing with discipline, promotions, transfers, grievances, redundancy's etc. Benefits and Remuneration management - job analysis and grading, attend to all provider queries, administer salary inputs, process all claims etc. Payroll management - manage the full payroll function, manage salary structures, recons, ensure payments are done etc. BBBEE - ensure audit file is maintained, compile budgets. Responsible for annual Regional Workplace skills plan for submission and ensure that legal requirements in terms of Employment Equity is met. 10 years' experience in an HR field R800 000 – R1.2Mil CTC per annum based on years of experience and qualification level.
