Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator with strong telesales and administrative skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth back-office operations. This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work accurately under pressure and collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets. Working hours 6am to 6pm Preferences Would prefer a non smoker Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls, managing customer queries and providing support. Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Assist in the coordination of customer service operations, ensuring that back-office support runs smoothly. Monitor and manage sales documentation, invoices, and contracts. Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and group sales targets. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with precision. Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments to resolve issues and provide excellent service. Key Requirements Proven experience in a sales administration or customer service role. Strong telesales skills with the ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work accurately under pressure. Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to meeting group targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
