MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe sales and performance coach are responsible to provide coaching support to the telecommunications teams nationally. The Sales Coach is required to help employees improve their sales skills leading to higher levels of production and employee satisfaction.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDefine a coaching plan in line with the sales strategyProvide ongoing coaching support to employees to close performance gaps and further enhance sales performanceDevelop coaching & training initiatives to address team trendsCreate E-learning modules to address the most common issues experienced by the team. Drive self-directed learning through the E-learning platformParticipate in the onboarding of new sales agents with the aim to accelerate speed to competencyImplore innovative coaching ideas and practicesReporting & AdministrationAd-hoc in respect of coaching and development activitiesQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDMatric Relevant training/ facilitation qualificationAt least 2 years’ experience in a Coaching/ Training Facilitator role is requiredTelecoms industry experience would be an added advantageMust be able to demonstrate excellent coaching techniquesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteBEHAVIOUR AND COMPETENCIES REQUIREDDevelopmentalApproachableMotivationalHonest and openCreativePassionateWell OrganisedProfessionalExcellent communication (both written and verbal)Remuneration: A market related package including benefitsNB: Thank you for choosing Talksure as your employer of choice.
