To implement business development strategies in line with the business structure Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Wealth Management / Financial Planning qualification (or any FAIS aligned related qualification) - Preference for B.Comm Finance / Legal degree / Certified Financial Planner (CFP) RE5 RE1 (Preferred) Minimum required qualification and experience in terms of FAIS fit and proper requirements To represent SBFC as a Key Individual 5 - 7years’ experience in managing, coaching, and developing a team of financial planners 5 - 7 years' experience in Virtual Financial Planning and Digital Enhancement Preferred knowledge and experience with Robo-Advising Preferred work experience in a financial planning Call Centre Additional Information Regulatory and SBG policies Ensures that all the required guidance and support is provided to the designated outlets for them to contribute to SBFC’s overall financial objectives Please note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
