Business Segment: Insurance&Asset Management Location: ZA, GP, Roodepoort, Ellis Street 4 An Agile Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring successful product delivery within Agile frameworks. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget while fostering a collaborative and adaptive team environment. An Agile Project Manager’s leadership, communication, and organizational skills is essential in guiding cross-functional teams through the Agile project lifecycle. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Tertiary qualification in business administration or a related discipline preferable. Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Project Management preferable Experience Required >3 years of experience working in a project role or management role. >4 years of experience in project management tools and methods is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in regulatory, risk management, or strategic programmes at major corporate companies, preferably in the financial services industry. Additional Information Examining Information Adopting Practical Approaches Developing Strategies Making Decisions Articulating Information Directing People Advanced computer literacy, with specific knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Report-writing. (including managing documentation and reports) Time management and prioritisation. Understanding of budgets and expense reports.
