This includes, but is not limited to, the management of employees in your department as well as handling all customer service queries, related to the delivery process. This is on a 6-day work week.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing the compliance of existing processes in the warehouse,Ensure correct dispatch procedures are followed,Plan deliveries when needed,Efficient documentation process of picking slips, delivery notes, waybills and managing relations with third party logistics partners.Continually review available processes and data to ensure maximum efficiency.Extra planning and focus given to peak periods.Aligning transport requirements with the order.High level of customer serviceManagement of quality control and accuracy of orders Accurate comparison of the invoice to the physical stockEnsure the correct orders are picked timeously.Quality control of stock handlingManagement of employees in your departmentRecruit new staff when needed.Attendance and timekeepingDisciplinaryPerformance ReviewsIdeal Candidate ProfileGrade 12 or equivalentRelevant diploma/degree in logistics and/ or operations is preferred.3+ years retail / logistics experienceWarehouse Management System experienceComputer Literate – Word, Excel, Outlook & Google SheetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsInterested?Join our team of passionate individuals dedicated to driving success.
