Duties and Responsibilities Design, Implement and Monitor Progress of Overall Campus Plan Management of Academic Quality Campus Total Marketing Strategy Management Campus Financial Management Facilities Management Student Satisfaction Human Capital Management Manage continuous improvement in teaching and learning. Manage the academic accreditation of staff to comply with programme delivery. Manage subcontracted training providers. Manage site compliance with related legislation. Facilitate and prepare for ETQA visits, audits, monitoring, moderation and reporting. Arrange and hold Academic Meetings Arrange and hold operational project implementation meetings. Coordinate the Site on a day-to-day business, such as: Learner enquiries Induction Discipline of Learners Maintenance and cleaning of premises – Managing of Garden, Domestic and Guest Relations staff OHS Management including Fire Safety including OHS site Meetings, Signage, Risk assessments Manage&report on Site estates/equipment/stocks to the Operational Manager Access control Manage admin staff and facilitators on site, attend to staff issues, allocation of work and management of day-to-day activities. Conduct performance reviews of staff Manage sites/programmes on a day-to-day basis: Learner enquiries, class visits, learner progress, assessments, cost management, discipline, facilitators schedules. Assist with recruitment and interviewing of learners. Participate in Management Meetings Communicate with DHET /SETA’S. Management of Certification Ceremonies Attend SETA/ETQA workshops to keep up to date. Stay abreast with legislation pertaining to skills development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7). Bachelor Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) advantageous. Work experience Minimum of 5 years Senior Academic Management Experience (Tertiary/FET) and minimum 5 years Managerial Experience Attributes Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize time and work effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong people skills with the ability to work under pressure. Highly motivated, confident communicator with the ability to engage with people at all levels. Pays attention to detail and displays a high level of integrity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse cultural backgrounds. Special Requirement: Driver's license.
