We are seeking a dedicated Motor Vehicle Licensing&Registration Clerk with specialized knowledge in vehicle registrations. Your Tasks: Reporting directly to the company's Sales Manager, you will join our team responsible for vehicle licensing and registration. Your key responsibilities will include: Liaison: Efficiently communicate with the dealership regarding vehicle license and registration procedures. Documentation Management: Ensure that all registration and licensing documents, along with invoices, are promptly submitted to the bank/licensing department. Number Plates: Ensure that number plates adhere to dealership requirements. Forms Management: Acquire all pertinent forms in advance from the traffic or licensing department. Creditors Management: Manage creditors associated with licensing and registration. Office Administration: Perform fundamental office administration tasks. Travel: You will be required to travel within the province to the various licensing offices to facilitate licensing for the dealership. Minimum Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in licensing and registration of vehicles. Education: Matric is required. Pressure Handling: Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under high-pressure scenarios. Administration Skills: Proficiency in office administration with a strong commitment to detail. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction. Driver's License: A valid driver's license is mandatory.
