Ops losses are minimised by creating awareness, carrying out rectification actions.Provide clear purpose and direction through daily/weekly connect sessions following the Connect Methodology.Adhere to the Standard Bank Performance management process and procedureEnsure that all operational issues are handled immediately to minimise the risk and minimise escalations.
