Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Administrator with at least 1 year of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and update financial records and ledgers. Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved. Assist with payroll processing and related tasks. Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Respond to financial inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounts administration role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High degree of accuracy and reliability. Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
