Business Segment: Insurance&Asset Management Location: ZA, GP, Roodepoort, Ellis Street 4 Identifying business requirements and development of business specifications to meet the requirements. Assist with researching, developing, implementing, maintaining and supporting computer systems in accordance with the appropriate business specifications. Interaction with insurance System users to ensure that new enhancements and modules comply with the needs of the business and are thoroughly tested. Provide first line support for user systems access administration on Inhouse Insurance applications and second line support on Bank owned applications. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Matric Exemption with Mathematics/Computer Studies/Accounting Bachelor Degree (Information Technology) Experience 3-4 years knowledge and understanding of business research principles, processes and techniques. Demonstrated experience in the development and preparation of business cases and plans. Experience in performing complex analysis, interpret operational needs and develop integrated creative solutions. The role requires an incumbent with at least 3 years experience within the Insurance or Business Application Support areas. Practical experience in creating and maintaining SQL scripts.
