Guided by the our strategy MTN is entering a new phase in its lifecycle where customer, operational and commercial excellence is critical for success. To address this, the Board mandated MTN Boost to implement a standardised ERP platform to approved OpCo’s/functional streams. The primary aim of this project is to deliver standardisation, operational efficiency and drive adherence to the compliance framework across the MTN footprint in Africa and the Middle East.MTN Boost will operate under strict project methodology, governance and compliance framework for the design, build, deployment and ultimate business transformation. ERP roll-out is per approved project schedule, where in addition to the core team, temporary resources are added to meet specific project scope and specifications.  This role will engage and consult the relevant Group and OpCo experts, System Integrator and Technology Providers in the design and delivery.The dynamic nature of this role operates in an environment of continuous improvement within the overall objective of enhancing business value.We at MTN are a purpose and value-led organization.
