Responsibilities The Spare Parts Manager is responsible for defining and executing the purchasing strategy, managing the supply chain, and driving sales activities to enhance customer service levels and spare parts revenue. This role is pivotal to increasing customer satisfaction and profitability. Education Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, a qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or Business, with relevant technical sales experience. Experience Minimum of 5 years in business development, customer management, or sales. Experience in supply chain or warehouse management is advantageous. Proficiency in SAP and knowledge of heavy industry processes, especially in aluminium smelting, is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
