Responsible for leading and managing a staff of 50+ across varied disciplinesResponsible for managing the complete production process ensuring safety at all timesLead the overall manufacturing development strategy for the areas under ownership for key metrics (quality, delivery, and cost) and actively measure team's performance against these metricsRequirements:BEng in Industrial EngineeringMinimum 5+ years of experience in a production /automotive environmentPreferred 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership / supervisory roleUnderstands the applications of the different material management systems (Kanbans, 5S, JIT, Lean)Ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures - Schematics: engineering drawings, circuit layouts, and parts list, wiring diagrams, layout drawings.Experience with applying lean manufacturing principles, efficiency methods. Experience with large project controls. Proficiency with resource loaded schedules using Primavera (P6), Open Plan, MS Project, or other software. Experience implementing automation into production processes
