You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility to achieve maximum production and profitability. This includes managing production schedules, ensuring quality control standards are met, and optimizing efficiency in the manufacturing process. The Operations Manager also plays a crucial role in managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Duties&Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and strategic direction, thereby ensuring the long-term growth and viability of the business. Responsible for continually enhancing overall operational efficiencies, and high standards of production, ensuring that that only the highest quality produce/products are consistently being delivered and presented for sale.
