We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. The position will be under our Global Command Center (iView) project. As an MIS Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and analysing data to support decision-making processes within the organization. You will work closely with various departments to gather data, generate reports, and provide insights that drive business growth and efficiency. Duties&Responsibilities ✓ Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data from various sources to generate reports and insights. ✓ Managing multiple accounts/geographies end to end reporting activities. ✓ Developing and maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. ✓ Creating and implementing data management systems and processes. ✓ Collaborating with different teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions accordingly. ✓ Designing and generating regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations. ✓ Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and providing recommendations based on analysis. ✓ Conducting data audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency. ✓ Assisting in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives. ✓ Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis. Desired Experience&Qualification ✓ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. ✓ Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role for a minimum of 2 years. ✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ✓ Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). ✓ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ✓ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✓ Knowledge of database management systems and data visualization techniques. ✓ Familiarity with ERP systems and data extraction methods is a plus. ✓ Management of multiple time zones is an added benefit.
