Our client in the Retail Industry is looking to hire a Night Shift Supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure Fisherman’s Deli is properly cared for Manage to treat all staff and customers with respect All managers to ensure that the freezer map corresponds to the physical stock Make sure that the freezer and chiller doors are kept always closed Print open purchase orders report Must know how to do pallet receiving schedule No stock to be received without an invoice All IBT’S and fresh fish must be checked and signed by two managers All non-stock that is received i.e. oysters, mussels, clams and exotic cheese must be labelled with the name of the customer as well as the salesperson who ordered it When receiving cheese ensure that the products have at least 3 weeks shelf life Airport collection procedures must be always adhered to Reconcile all receipts against the summary report Sign off GRN summary if correct Send email to Operations Managers and Buyer if any supplies have not been received with reasons and corrective actions. Requirements SKILLS: Matric and speak English and Afrikaans fluently Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a night shift supervisor position.
