Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in designing, testing, and implementing Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of power electronics, control systems, and energy management algorithms. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations governing energy storage systems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems and optimize system performance.
