Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing MCC (Motor Control Centre) and plant control panels, overseeing the manufacturing process, and leading a team of electricians and assistants. This role requires expertise in PLC programming, SCADA development, and managing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), as well as plant commissioning.Key Responsibilities:Design MCC and control panels for plant operations.Supervise and oversee the manufacturing of panels to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.Manage and lead a team of electrician(s) and assistant(s), providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.Generate accurate and detailed electrical drawings for manufacturing and installation.Program PLC systems according to functional specifications.Develop and configure SCADA systems to meet project requirements.Conduct and manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) ensuring all systems meet customer and regulatory standards.Oversee the commissioning of plants, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with safety standards.Qualifications:Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in panel building, PLC programming, SCADA development, and plant commissioning.Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and project management skills.Experience:Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices related to industrial control systems.Management experience as well knowledge in putting systems and procedures in place.Preferred Skills:Certification in PLC programming and SCADA development.Proficiency in Allan Bradley and Siemens.#J-18808-Ljbffr
