Skills:Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities within the Sub-Saharan Africa region.Business Strategy: Develop and execute business strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing market share, and achieve revenue goals.Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance the company's presence and reach within the region.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, industry associations, and other strategic partners.Sales and Business Development: Lead sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of business objectives and execution of strategic initiatives.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in the market and develop mitigation strategies to minimize business impact.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and CertificationBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.ExperienceProven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the Sub-Saharan Africa region.Strong understanding of the Sub-Saharan Africa market, including cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform decision-making.Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Working conditions & Other Attributes.Candidate needs to be based within Johannesburg OR
