PREPARATORY SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY TEACHER (GRADE 4 TO 7) Steyn City School, situated in the scenic and iconic Steyn City Parkland Residence in Johannesburg, offers a co-educational and independent education from Grade 000 to Grade 12. PREPARATORY SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY TEACHER (GRADE 4 TO 7) The successful candidate will: be an experienced and well-qualified teacher who holds an appropriate degree and/or professional teaching qualification be registered with SACE have experience in the development and implementation of Technology curricula in schools have expectational working knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Teams be able to use Apple devices, as well as other Microsoft365 products, to integrate educational technology into various subjects have the skills and knowledge to offer training to staff on Apple devices, Microsoft Education products, and any other relevant EdTech platforms have an understanding of budgeting and device inventories has experience in working with 3D printers, laser cutters, and various other elements of STEM projects have experience and working knowledge of the elements of coding, robotics, and Esports be innovative, energetic, able to work collaboratively and with creative be prepared to play a full and active role in the co-curricular life of the school, with specific focus in robotics and Esports Previous experience in independent education is an advantage but is not essential.
