Select your country to see jobs specific to your location.Regional Sales Manager – Coastal - Gauteng, RandburgCoastal RegionCandidate must reside in either Western Cape or KZNRegional Sales Manager Hub Sub-Sahara Africa (SSA) Care Enablement / South Africa – Coastal Region (KZN & Cape)Manage the sales of the company's products and services within a defined geographical areaEnsure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and execution of the planIdentify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earningsDirects, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the region in accordance with policies, strategic goals, and objectives established in collaboration with the Head of Sales.Assists the Head of Sales in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the functions and/or business units in area of responsibility. Ensures, according to national and regional requirements and the clients business strategy the operational and commercial affairs which includes the full responsibility for the operational results region with specific focus on profitability.Leads and directs the sales team for area of accountability.Sales and Profit (Gross Margin) growthEffectiveness and efficiency of sales processes and staffSales related risks and issues addressed in a timely manner and respective countermeasures initiatedCustomer satisfactionDSO, CAPEXMeeting legal & regulatory requirements and the clients compliance standardsStrong customer orientation and ability to represent FME towards the customersConfident negotiation skills and skills in approaching peopleConfident, convincing and motivatingStrong professional attitude characterized by a result, quality, patient and customer oriented working styleStrong structured approach leading to pragmatic and effective solutionsStrong ability to set priorities and take decisions even under changing conditionsStrong ability to work as a self-starter and self-managedStrong communication skillsHigh level of flexibility, openness and empathy, well balanced with high resilience, persuasiveness, self-confidence and good ability to work in a structured way even under pressureExcellent understanding of country healthcare sector as well as pronounced understanding of market and political environment and related interdependenciesCustomer and country specific knowledgeExcellent moderation and presentation skillsAbility to close complex deals and ensure contract management post deal closureStandard IT user knowledge (MS Office, etc.)Understand and use modern communication software and systemsWorking for an international company with international standardsTravelling locally and internationally when neededQualifications & ExperienceBusiness studies (at a university or university of applied sciences, Bachelor or Master) specializing in Business, Marketing and/or relevant qualification.At least 6 years professional experience in a comparable field of responsibility oriented to sales and people.Experience in project management and/or project leadershipProfession experience in the field of medical technology would be an advantageCountry language and English fluent as a must (presenting, writing, reading)The number of jobs in each salary range for all: Accredited Resource Consulting Services Ltd#J-18808-Ljbffr
