At Shadownet we're looking for the best results.... or nothing.Once all is said and done, we then haveFUN.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate's key performance areas will be:Respond to and resolve tickets on the helpdesk within stipulated timeframesProvide telephonic support to clientsProvide first and possibly second line support remotely and on siteMaintain reports on all activities and time keeping to line managerServicing, repair, configuration of PCs, servers, and network equipmentAssisting with research and implementation of solutions for new products and service offerings along with other system engineersRollouts of new installations, network upgrades, projectsCareer Growth:Shadownet is growing and we are looking for team members to grow with us.
