You will be a well *** specialist performing the following but not limited to:Preparation of technical interpretation papers on IFRSPresentation and debate with external auditorsTechnical argument papers to Group AuditSupporting business with technical accounting mattersAssistance on the tax calculations and interpretation across the group through engagement with specialistsParticipate in tax risk managementAssist with indirect taxes reviewsAssist with external audit relationship managementProject management on ad hoc projectsManagement of the AFS processSkills & Experience: Attention to detailAbility to work under pressureAbility to work independently as well as within a teamStrong work ethic, motivation, and driveStrong financial and administration skillsDeadline drivenStrong technical IFRS skills with a track record of writing technical papers and engaging with external auditorsQualification:CA(SA) with minimum 8-10yrs post articles experienceExperience in a technical roleTax and IFRS 17 experience will be an advantage.
