Reporting to the OPS Manager The above position is vacant at CIT. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth running of the CIT contract. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12, Matric Certificate or equivalent. Grade C PSiRA Registered At least 2 years’ experience in the CIT environment will be an advantage At least 1-year experience in a vault room will be an advantage Must be fully bilingual Computer literate (compulsory) Perfect hearing and communication skills Previous control room experience will be an advantage. Firearm Competent (Handgun,Rifle, Carbine) Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive): Maintain contact with road crews Prepares schedules and maintains a daily electronic log of all events, road operations and client liaison Receiving of consignment from bulk and team vehicles Sorting of consignments to CIT teams Balancing of the vault and locking up Distribution of consignments for bulk movement Ensure security and manage the movement of CIT schedules during transit Core Competencies: Assertive skills Strong analytical skills Attention to details Excellent problem-solving ability High reasoning ability Should be available to work flexible hours Must be able to work in a high-risk area We reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.
