Job Description Our client, a prominent vehicle tracking company in South Africa with a legacy dating back to the 1990s, is currently seeking dedicated sales agents to join the Acquisitions Call Centre team at the company's head office in Johannesburg. Responsibilities: The Acquisitions Sales Agent is entrusted with meeting sales and lead conversion targets. Effectively market the company to both existing and prospective customers. Conduct thorough follow-ups on outstanding leads and address customer queries promptly. Manage both inbound and outbound calls in alignment with specified campaigns. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, service offerings, and systems. Negotiate and make pertinent product and service adjustments in accordance with customer requirements, product pricing, and the overall sales strategy. Handle customer queries and complaints with competence, efficiency, and professionalism, adhering to the company's quality standards and values. Promote and sell value-added services to customers. Execute up-selling strategies for company products. Obtain referrals from new customers to further expand the client base. Provide regular feedback to intermediaries, management, and other departments regarding the status of leads. Ensure that quality benchmarks are consistently achieved. Effectively manage time and workloads to meet deadlines and targets. Align personal behavior with the company culture and values. Strive to meet and exceed individual performance requirements.
