We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MIS Manager to join our organization in Johannesburg, South Africa. The position will be under our Global Command Center (iView) project. As an MIS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of Management Information Systems (MIS) within the organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective use of data to support decision-making and improve operational processes. Duties&Responsibilities ✓ Develop and implement the organization's MIS&Digitalization strategy, in alignment with business goals and objectives. ✓ Lead a team of MIS professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. ✓ Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of MIS systems, databases, and reporting tools. ✓ Collaborate with various departments to identify data needs and requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy. ✓ Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions. ✓ Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders. ✓ Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and implement measures to protect data integrity across the globe. ✓ Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in MIS, and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes. ✓ Provide training and support to end-users on MIS systems and tools. ✓ Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization. ✓ Manage&oversee the end-to-end Digital Transformation drive within the organization. Desired Experience&Qualification ✓ Excellent verbal&written English communication. ✓ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
