Communicate customer needs, project status updates, and concerns to assure alignment and facilitate decision-making.Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize workflows within the platform ecosystem.Recognize, evaluate the dependencies, risks associated with a project and monitor risks exposure across the project's lifecycle.
