Job Overview:Reporting to the Managing Director and Company Share Holders. The Sales, Marketing / Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating between the Sales and Production teams by providing administrative supportMinimum Requirements:Matric, Grade 12 certificateValid Driver's licenceMicrosoft Office proficientPastel preferredResponsibilities:Responsible for day to day sales enquiries from existing or potential customer – quotes, prices, product construction etc.Manage and record all sales enquiriesCustomer account creation via PastelServes customers by selling product and meeting customers’ needsService existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accountsResolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports through the production teamExpands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products that the production team may be developingKeeps customers informed of their order progress by submitting weekly/ monthly outstanding order listsKeep customers informed of delivery status for their deliveriesTravelling will be required for quarterly meetings with existing customers or meeting with potential new customersConception of new designs/packaging or changes to existing designs/packaging with new or existing customersSubmits manufacturing orders by referring to price lists and product literaturePosting of manufacturing orders into Pastel Accounting systemChecking that the sales balance and submitting monthly sales reports to Management team every month endSubmitting Sales Reps reports to Sales Team and Accounting TeamKeeps management informed by submitting weekly, monthly, and annual sales and production reportsMaintains professional and technical knowledge by continual meetings and updates with the production teamLiaise with logistics and customer in coordination with collection and delivery of ordersProvides historical records by maintaining records on customer sales and production trackingGeneral support to sales team and production team as requiredProcurement of items instructed by Management teamDay to day administrative tasks, answering the telephone etc.Key Skills and Competencies:Time management and planning skillInterpersonal, Written and verbal communication skillsAble to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detailAble to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of the customerAble to work individually as well as part of a teamAbility to meet deadlines with minimal supervisionKnowledge of export compliance and logistics is an advantage but not a specific requirementCustomer service and Client relationshipsKnowledge of graphics design is an advantage but not a specific requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
