Support Desk Analyst: Treasury Management Systems TreasuryONE, a leading provider of treasury management solutions, is seeking a talented and experienced Support Desk Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team in Pretoria. In this role, you will provide second-level technical support to both internal and external clients, resolving complex queries and ensuring the smooth operation of our treasury systems. Key Responsibilities: Resolve complex client queries related to treasury management systems Analyse technical support issues and provide effective solutions Import client data and manage database modifications Design custom screens and set up complex calculations Create reports and assist with connectivity projects Integrate with third-party systems (SFTP, API, encryption, certificate renewals) Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the fintech industry Strong understanding of treasury management systems and/or treasury operations Proficiency in H2H connections, SFTP/FTP, SWIFT, SQL, Crystal Reporting, and scripting Knowledge of technical protocols such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, SSO, and SAML 2.0 If you are passionate about technology, have a strong background in treasury management systems, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at TreasuryONE. www.treasuryone.co.za. #J-18808-Ljbffr
