Essential Skills Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in process implementation within IT projects, particularly in sales and financial/accounting realms using SAP S/4 HANA. - Profound understanding of process and accounting principles, preferably in automotive sales environments. - Proficiency in test execution and automation; familiarity with Tosca advantageous. - Extensive knowledge and experience with agile methodologies. - Proficiency in process design using SAP SD, FI, CO, and system knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA. - Change and project management skills. - Excellent communication and influencing abilities. - Strong business acumen. - Flexibility for international travel (planned and unplanned). Advantageous Skills Requirements: - Familiarity with SAP MM, VMS (Vehicle Manager), AIF, and BRF+; SAP certification advantageous. - IT degree. - Experience in global SAP template rollouts. - German language proficiency. Qualifications/Experience Needed: - Minimum BCom in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. - Chartered Accountant or MBA advantageous. Role and Responsibilities: - Understand business processes for invoicing vehicles to BMW Group customers and partners, analyzing and solving process and system issues. - Coordinate, negotiate, and confirm process and system changes based on SAP S/4 HANA, managing implementation from requirement to rollout. - Work closely with national and international specialist areas and IT departments to ensure standardization and process consistency. - Analyze and define process and system requirements, describe technical requirements as user stories for implementation. - Steer FIT-To-Template process, conduct fit-gap analysis, evaluate results, recommend preferred solutions, and ensure documentation and training. - Test implemented system solutions, assist with introduction and stabilization in markets, ensure knowledge transfer, and plan and execute ongoing testing activities with a focus on automation. - Ensure compliance, data protection, IT security, and enforce uniform business process requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
