Working hours: Monday – Friday 07:30- 16:30 Opportunity for a passionate Procurement Administrator to join an Engineering firm in Pretoria, Moot area Duties&Responsibilities Relevant working experience within the same or similar role - Building, Construction or Engineering or technical industry experience would be beneficial Relevant tertiary education would be an advantage but not a must Proficient in Excel Ability to negotiate contracts Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently Goal-oriented, organised team player Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels Minimum requirements: Relevant working experience within the same or similar role - Building, Construction or Engineering or technical industry experience would be beneficial Relevant tertiary education would be an advantage but not a must Proficient in Excel Ability to negotiate contracts Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently Excellent communication skills Accurate attention to detail Goal-oriented, organised team player Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels Duties will include but is not limited to: Evaluating suppliers, maintaining relationships, approving products, and ensuring the cost-effective procurement of materials, parts, or goods.
