Team Management:o Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.o Oversee daily operations and ensure project milestones are met.o Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.2. Vendor Management:o Coordinate with third-party vendors for system integrations, upgrades, and maintenance.o Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.5. IT Technicians and Support:o Oversee IT support staff to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.o Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.o Manage hardware and software procurement and inventory.6. Collaboration and Communication:o Foster a collaborative environment among teams and departments.o Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.o Liaise with senior management to align IT strategies with business goals.7. Technical Expertise:o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.o Provide technical guidance and support to the development and IT teams.o Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.8. Problem-Solving:o Identify and address potential risks and issues in projects and infrastructure.o Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.9.
