Responsibilities Designing and implementing electrical systems for residential, retail, commercial, and building services projects Conducting site visits and surveys to assess electrical needs and requirements Collaborating with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop electrical plans and specifications Performing electrical calculations and analysis to ensure system efficiency and compliance with regulations Selecting and specifying electrical equipment, materials, and components Supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems Conducting inspections and quality control to ensure adherence to project specifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in the civil engineering industry Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and techniques Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and regulations Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Benefits Salary: R420K/yr – R700K/yr, salary negotiable Training & Development RPO Recruitment focuses on helping you reach your personal and professional goals by connecting you to your perfect career path.
